This was a concept project used in the framework of the Education Program of the Hellenic American Educational Foundation (Athens College), when I was lecturing the course “Architecture and Interior Design”. It is the synthesis and the design of a luxurious two-floor maisonette for a couple.

The maisonette contains a 60 m² practical living space, with the bedroom situated in the more quite first floor, a large veranda of 12 m² and a spatious garden.
