I live outside of Switzerland. Can I order from Inspiration Tales?

Yes, Inspiration Tales delivers to Switzerland, Lichtenstein and most countries internationally. If you reside outside the countries listed during check out are interested in our products, please contact us so we try to find a solution.

How much does it cost to ship the products to my home address?

The cost for shipping is defined during the checkout process. Two options are available: standard deliveries and priority deliveries for Switzerland/Liechtenstein and standard deliveries for other countries. The total cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process depending on the weight of the individual items and the final destination.

As a rule, shipments are organized by the Swiss Post for domestic and international deliveries. For all orders above 150 CHF from any country, a fee of 9 CHF is discounted, which accounts for the shipping cost for Switzerland and Lichtenstein for small and medium sized deliveries. For shipments outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery terms DAP (delivered at place) at your indicated delivery address apply (Incoterms 2020). This means that any import duties, customs administration costs and VAT will be charged to you. Contact us if you have any questions on this.

When should I excpect my Inspiration Tales package to arrive?

Typical delivery time for standard deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 4 days from order confirmation and 2 days for priority deliveries. For deliveries in the European countries, the delivery time varies per country with a typical minimum of 5 and a typical maximum of 14. Please note that deliveries outside the European Free Trade Association will typically take more time to deliver.

The delivery times serve as information only and are under no circumstances a guarantee. Inspiration Tales cannot be held liable in case of a delivery time beyond the above values.

I live nearby. Can I pick up my package from Inspiration Tales´ address?

Yes! You can simply choose the option, pick-up in Horgen or visit and make your purchase from our store at Neugasse 27, 8810 Horgen! We'll be more than happy to welcome you!

I chose the wrong item and would like to send back. What options do I have?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you ordered the wrong item or you are not satisfied with our products and want to return, claim a refund or change it to another product please inform us immediately upon delivery. Shipping costs to inspiration tales are to be covered by you unless otherwise agreed or if we have delivered the wrong item to you. Please refer to our Payment, delivery and return policy and our GTC for further information.

I want consultation for decorating my house/balcony/garden/office/…. How can I arrange a meeting with you?
